Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in order to enter our studio. We ask that you wear a mask during your appointment. Single use masks are available for purchase if you don't have one. We are limiting the use of our studio to our Artists and Clients ONLY – please refrain from bringing guests as they will not be permitted within the studio.

While, we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. Please be aware, additional revisits may be required to achieve optimal results.

We offer corrective brow work on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discolored, or misshaped, tattoo removal may be required and is subject to additional fees.

We do not “touch up” brow work done by other studios/artists. Clients will be charged the Initial service fee (varies based on technician). Tattoo removal may be required and is subject to additional fees.

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Due to high appointment demand, a $250 deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits will be applied to the cost of your service at the time the service is rendered. The deposit may be forfeited due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. After your Initial Appt. an Initial Revisit will need to be scheduled no later than 12 weeks after your Initial Appt. The fee for the Initial Revisit is $150 for returning clients only. Any Revisit appointment booked after 8 weeks will be charged the customary Revisit rate of $450. *Revisits are recommended annually to maintain shape, colour & detail.
